Customize Order

All You Need to Know 🍃🍃🍃

Please allow 24–48 hours after placing your order to receive tracking information.
All orders must be placed online (except for customized orders). 🍃

Business Hours:

Monday – Sunday: 24/7

Orders are ship out on mailing business days. (Mon-Sat)

Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Saturday will be shipped out on Monday. 🍃

Shipping:

Website Orders: Allow 2–5 business days to receive your hair. (2-5 days start from the date you receive the tracking number.)
Offline Orders : (customized order ONLY) . Your order is processed the same day. Allow 3-6 business days to receive your hair. (3-6 days start from the date you receive the tracking number.)

Pre-Orders:

Allow 7–12 business days to receive your hair. (7–12 days start from the date you receive the tracking number.)
To ensure timely delivery, place your order at least 3 weeks in advance in case of delays.

Hair On Hand Orders:

Payments are to be made online only .
All orders have 7 days for pick up/ drop off before cancelled . ($$$ refunded )
A valid ID must be presented at the time of pickup.
If you cannot pick up the same day, a $10 holding fee applies (up to 3 days). After 3 days, an additional $2 per day will be charged up to 7 day then order Would be cancel .

*****The holding fee amounts can be different base on the amount of days it was on hold for after the 3 days period. *****

Example: if your order pass the 7 days we would request $18 to be sent to a payment method below 👇 which is the total amount for the holding fee ! (non-refundable fee)

Installments:

While we don’t take deposits , we understand that sometimes you are unable to pay the full amount at once, we offer a 2–4 installment payment plan to complete your order. Select (SHOP PAY ) at check out . Your order will be shipped once your first payment is made !

Customized Order:

At Ganja Hair N Beauty, a customized order refers to any request for a specific hair texture, color, or length not currently listed on our website. To create your desired look, please contact us in the “CUSTOMIZED ORDER” (Menu button ) to consult about fulfilling your custom request.

Additional Fee: A non-refundable $15 customization fee is required for all custom orders.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 1–3 days of receiving your hair.
If a mistake occurs on our end, we will correct it immediately.
All sales are final. 🍃

Refunds:

Refunds are only issued if the mistake is on our end.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 1–3 days of receiving your hair for a full refund.
All sales are final.
