Shipping & Returns

Please Read The Following Information Below Before Placing An Order .

WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED INTO BUSINESS DAYS !

Please be advised orders made through website takes 5-7 days for me to receive. Once payment is processed I proceed to work on your order. Allow 3-5 days to receive hair . (Approximately 2 weeks )
Payment made offline your order goes in same day. Allow 3-5 days to receive hair . If you need hair in a timely manner place order 3 WEEKS ahead incase of delays .
PRE-ORDER: Please allow 10-15 business days to receive hair .
Hair on hands: If you are in need of a rush order .. a hair on hands would be a better option. Check out payment options are cash app, Apple Pay , or Zelle . (Must present a valid ID once drop off is being made). If your unable to meet at the pick up location the same day ..there will be a holding fee of $20 up to 3 days . Any time after 3 days it would be an additional $5 each day .
We only ship on business days therefore if you order on Friday after 2pm EST, your order will be shipped out Monday.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL .

We will only accept a return 1-3 days after receiving your hair.
If there was a mistake done on our end . We will do everything we can to fix the issue .

REFUNDS

We do not do refunds unless it was an issue done on our end .
If there is an issue with the hair when receive , please contact me (1-3 days) after receiving hair for a full refund .
