Exchange Policy
We Accept Exchanges
- Hair products may be exchanged if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase.
- Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
- The hair must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging.
- Products that have been altered, installed, colored, cut, washed, or damaged are not eligible for exchange.
